Ability to see occupation field when assigning volunteers in VMS

In the VMS, when you assign volunteers to a project, you are displayed a lot of the information - but not all of it - in the page that you use to assign an individual to a project. One of the fields entered in the VMS when a volunteer registers - immediately after the organization field - is their "occupation" - we used this in part to enter information at Camp Roberts about the role of an individual within that organization. Distinct from their skills - this information provides information about a person's title - which can also be useful in determining. It would be good to add a column to the assign to project view for this.
