Ability to manually change markers on sitmap

We need the ability to change the marker used to identify information on the situation map in the situation awareness module. For example, when reports are coming in via SMS, they are not currently being classified into a feature class so just appear as a fuzzy orange dot on the sitmap. Through the edit functionality, someone should be able to assign (or reassign) a feature class to that report that will be linked to a different type of marker in the system. Changing the feature class of any editable event on the sitmap would thus change the marker used.
