Session Timeouts configurable by account

It would be useful to be able to set session-timeouts by user/group. Some accounts may need strict timeout policies based on the organisation deploying Sahana, whilst others such as an account used for displaying Sahana on a projector/screen may need entirely different session timeout settings.
