Setup Enhancements

Currently there is a core for global parameters; however, most installation-specific information (logos, municipality name, etc) are hard coded. Enhancements could be made during/just after installation to expand the global parameters to prompt the user to upload a logo, name their installation, etc to customize the view and information for their implementation of Agasti.
