Resource Management
As with all emergencies, the resources available to respond to calls for help are finite and it's very important to be able to track resource movements and requirements across the event hemisphere - It's no use to have disparate logistics systems operating independently (possibly at each of the 1,370 associated incidents); unless they are able to fully interact for control purposes -
Example
=======
The management system in use must be able to upscale and provide statistics, overviews and an ability to correlate all incident requests, tasks and allocations, evacuation numbers and centres etc. for the event; for planning and resource allocations to work - if for no other reason than outputs may well be required for a later Coronial Enquiry (although at this point it's all about the immediate requirements of person and property protection/
