Customizable and Dynamic List Pages Record Number

A proposed enhancement to Mayon has been the ability for a user to set the number of records viewable on a list page and have it 'stick' for the rest of that session; allowing them to view that many records on any list they pull up.
For example: the user would set to view 50 staff records on the list page. If they navigate to the Facility list page they will view 50 facility records.
