Packaging Tilawat for Zekr

Assalamo alaykom,
We need to have a packages for Tilawat offline for Zekr, so simple user that install Sabily small version or convert ubuntu into Sabily won't need to search for Tilawat .tar files and then put them under /usr... and fix properties files... just he has only to install a simple .deb file to have the tilawa installed and configured with Zekr.
These packages of Tilawat can be hosted under Sabily PPA on launchpad, else we can create an annex repository under www.sabily.
