Change the base of the distro

Assalamu'alaykum.

My Brothers, I hope the next launching of Sabily (Long Term Support -- Precise Pangolin) will be based (derived) from Linux Mint.
The reasons is important:

1. Linux Mint now become the number 1 in Distrowatch, because of most Ubuntu users has moved to Linux Mint.

2. Many users has moved to Linux Mint because of GUI improvement and it has many options (e.g. Gnome 3 and MGSE, Gnome 2 and MATE -- continued compiz fusion)

3. Linux Mint has many improvement features from Ubuntu's.

4. Linux Mint has artwork improvement.

5. Search Engine improvement.

I hope my Brothers here can give a chance to improve Sabily.

why I don't install sabily's package on linux mint?

Answer:
Usually, if I install sabily's package on linux mint, or vice versa, the GUI, OS name, or artwork is in disorder. Not solid.
Linux Mint has new several GUI now, it is named: Cinnamon, MGSE (Mint Gnome Shell Extention), MATE, and many improved features.
