Sabily Greeter

Registered by akramsami

Sabily could display a greeter on the first connection. The greeter could contain a little presentation text + links to Sabily site/forums + IRC channel etc..

See for example the openSUSE greeter:

## Solution 1
That greeter can simply be firefox opening the webpage that is installed with sabily.

Or, if sabily-docs is done, it can be yelp opening the sabily help page.

## Solution 2
Implement a greeter based on the Suse ggreeter app.
ggreeter source: http://sabily.org/download/ggreeter-0.1.tar.bz2
less than 200 lines of code, in c#/mono (-> http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/188345/)
Could be easily converted to Vala or python/Gtk

## Solution 3
Implement a greeter based on the linuxmint welcome message written in PyGTK
