Run Rubick on Python 3.3
Rubick must work with Python 3.3.
There are 2 parts to this problem -- support for Python 3.3 needed in:
1. Rubick application
2. dependency pypi packages
Rubick application must be adjusted and developed in future for supporting py33.
We must have a list of dependencies with status of py33 support for each package. We'll keep this list in specification attached to this blueprint (see link below).
