Add support for rpmdb on postgres/mysql/oracle

Once sqlite3 is used to prototype a SQL local database,
other SQL databases with only slightly different SQL
dialectical differences are quite feasible.
The main difference between sqlite3 and other SQL databases
is that there is no "back-end" server. Otherwise the dialectical
differences between various SQL databases are quite minor.
