Upgrade to db-5.1.19
Registered by

The latest Berkeley DB db-5.1.19 has reorganized sources.
Most of the change is just inserting src/ lang/ util/ directories,
so some careful symlinking might permit the existing Makefiles
to continue to be used.
The other "traditional" approach would be to change rpm's Makefiles
to adopt the reorganized conventional paths.

Whiteboard
Muddling on how to handle the source reorganization,
trying to figger which solution is most KISS.
Hot-wiring the build to achieve linkage passes "make check" on head,
so there's no functional reason why db-5.1.19 cannot be used.
Building a db51-5.
that specific version of Berkeley DB seems easiest.
The side effect is that the db tree can be removed from the RPM tarball.
