Add generic ASN.1 parser

With 6 crypto stacks, each with its own ASN.1 routines, conversion
to/from OpenPGP has to be tweaked differently for each crypto stack.
A generic ASN.1 layer would facilitate a X.509 <-> OpenPGP conversion layer abstraction.
