* Overview: There are some packages in a distroseries which lack the translation template files just because the build process is not regenerating it. That prevents us to approve and import its translations.
* Goal/Deliverables: An overview or report to tell packagers about translations they have uploaded that could not be matched to a template so they know which packages need to be fixed before we actually are able to offer it to translate.
