Notify reviewers when pofiles have new suggestions
* Overview: A majority of translators are only able to submit suggestions which need to be reviewed and approved/rejected by reviewers. Since reviewers cannot easily find which pofiles actually need review, it would be very useful to have periodic notifications on new suggestions in pofiles they could review.
* Goal/Deliverables: RSS feed or daily emails for all pofiles a reviewer is responsible for (calculation can and should be done per translation group) which have received new suggestions.
* Full spec: none
'''We will know we have finished when we have active new-suggestions notifications going out to reviewers.'''

In the Romanian Ubuntu Comunity there are many persons who don't like doing translations, but they are using Ubuntu in Romanian and are doing translation quality assurance task. When they saw a translation error they go to Launchpad and add a new suggestions.
Right now it is very hard for translation team members to check each package for new suggestions.
