* Overview: If I manage translations for my project in Launchpad, I'd like to know when someone has done any translation updates so I can fetch them and commit them to my development repository.
* Goal/Deliverables: Provide notifications to project owners about what PO files have received any translation updates during the last translation period.

As a short term solution, can we have some pages with a report of new translated strings and strings that were changed or needs to be review.
This report should be per translation group.
For example this is a report for translations that needs to be reviews:
