A way for getting to related translation work

    * Overview: As a user of Launchpad Translations, I am interested in where can I help and what can I do, depending on what I am currently looking at. If I am a reviewer for Ubuntu Translations and am currently looking at Ubuntu, I should see what new suggestions have been submitted that I can review. If I am a translator, I should see what translations I have assigned to me that might be incomplete, or translations which I have contributed to but are incomplete. Or, I might see what unassigned, incomplete translations there are.
    * Goal/Deliverables: In the user context translations.lp.net/~person, provide a page which lists all "my" activities (what I can translate, what my stuff is incomplete, what can I review); in context page (project/distro), provide work related with that context (what can regular users contribute to, translators get assigned to, or reviewers review)

We imagine it will be enough if we answer following questions for the context:
 * Any user:
   * What new can I translate? (nobody assigned to; order by % of untranslated strings (and/or priority?); can be asked relative to some context such as distro or a the user's own specific context)
 * Translators:
   * What are translations assigned to me (or someone)?
   * What are translations that I contributed to are incomplete?
 * Reviewers:
   * What translations need review that I would be a suitable reviewer for?
