rpm-macro-refactoring has been accomplished by commenting out %{load:...} glue
and is in released rpm-5.4.6.

rpm-mandatory-signatures has been started: the essential places where MANDATORY
needs to occur for the rpm CLI have been identified. The code has been reverted until
buildbots using legacy signatures are fully functional.

rpm-inode-uplift is fully implemented and in released rpm-5.4.5.

rosa-continuous-integration is almost fully implemented and running at http://harwich.jbj.org,
and will be in rpm-5.4.7 to be released March 1st (or soon thereafter).
