New signal tab for route setup, in new tab can put any signal with his status (green,red, yellow, etc..), like switch.

Mission of this: manage in easy way Italian signal in automatic and manual mode. How ?
In "automatic mode" rocrail call route to move train between block. If there are some signals, It , with this modification, can set correct signals aspect's of many signal. It need to set in route the right colour.
In manual mode a simple output with "action" call route.
