Option menu definition

The option menu available through the main menu will hold all the various settings which are configurable from within the game. These options will then be stored in the settings module.
* The settings will always be set to the values in the settings module if the option menu is opend
* Values should be stored in the settings module right after they are set on the GUI
* The GUI will be build with the Panda3D DirectGUI system
