Control and manage the cameras inside the game

Set up a manager modul for handling all things around the camera.

The module should be able to do the following points:
* Setting up the base camera
* Position the camera from outside
* Handle the de/activation of cameras
* Assigne the camera to look at and follow an object like the players character
* Create collision bodies for each of the camera types

Camera_1 - Menu related things, with some options to change the lookAt point over time.. like a cycle effect for the menu
Camera_2 - Player Only Camera this camera remains with the playerCharacter at all times and forever.
Camera_3 - A level related, cut scene, action camera. Must be able to view/attach to anything at anytime.
