Use a smarter method for ripping when disc is in accuraterip database

it would be nice if when a disc is found in the accuraterip database that Rip not go through the whole process of secure ripping and reripping before verification against accurate rip. many times an initial "burst" rip will in fact be accurate and thus save much time.
