Rip Tracks by Index
Since Rip is now able to accurately detect pre-gaps and and track indexes in cue sheets, add the ability to rip by index, similar to EAC on Windows. This can allow for the separation of inter-track pieces store in the pre-gap, as well as allow for the extraction of songs that may be in the pre-gaps themselves. For me, I prefer to delete the dead space in the pre-gap.
A good example of how this could be helpful is with the track "Domino" by Genesis off Invisible Touch. There are two index markers for this song. The first is for Part 1: In the Glow of the Night, and the second is for Part 2: The Last Domino. Typically, this would be extracted as track 6, but by index there would be two files as 06.01, and 06.02.
Since the program is track/index aware, this shouldn't be too difficult to achieve, I hope.
