A system to allow users to find and vote on content they like.

SecReddit is the heart and soul of Riff.CC - a GPL reimplementation of some of Reddit's features.

It will have the following features:
- A front page displaying the threads from the subreddits the user is subscribed to, according to popularity/relevance algorithms
- A page for each subreddit showing the threads from that subreddit according to popularity/relevance algorithms
- (Optional for now) A page for each thread which displays the content and relevant information at the top and comments below it; comments may or may not be separate from the torrent thread's comments. [note: split this into a separate blueprint?)
