A module that allows users to donate directly to an artist and optionally donate to Riff.CC via an opt-in option.

There should be a box or a link on each torrent group or artist page that allows a user to donate directly to the artist, and present an option to give some of their donation to Riff.CC - the default split should be 90% artist 10% RCC; although 5% RCC may be a better idea.
