A system for automatically posting torrent groups to the correct subreddit based on tagging

A module/modification for Gazelle which should automatically create a thread based on a torrent group once it reaches a certain number of votes for a tag. It should ideally take into account the popularity of that tag's corresponding reddit when deciding whether to post it.
