Super-selective breeding solution.

The breeding cycle in the current code shows a super-preference for the highest ranking chromosomes. This was not intentional, and would certainly contribute to population "flattening" over time because it artificially limits the effective breeding pool.

I believe we should consider adding a configuration switch, perhaps "use_old_orgy" to use the current breeding cycle when present, and which uses a less preferencial (perhaps random pair selection from the pool) method when not.
