Search covers in the local library
Hi all !
Reading he question #8203, I noticed that Rhythmbox searches covers only on ebay.com.
As I already have a cover for each album in my library, could it be reasonable to think
that Rhythmbox looks in the album's folder first, then (if no .jpg / .png file found) goes
to the web ?
Another way could be : drag & drop your cover onto the CD jewel case in Rhythmbox, or
a "cover path" field within the play-list properties...so that you can specify yourself your
favorite cover for your favorite album.
I think this could be interesting for people that don't organize the music with a "1 folder - 1
album" rule... or those that have albums that have no cover available on the internet.
I'm afraid I can't go further ahead in the specs or in the development, as I'm a real newbie in the
Linux World... but really enthusiast !
For information : my system is Ubuntu 7.04
