Possibility for filtering based on title of a given window - for example vim in gnome-terminal or different mailboxes in evolution. This would make creating hooks to just about any program a lot easier.

Use case:
User is writing a book in Ooo, as well as working on a new job assignment. Currently RescueTime doesn't know the difference between them, but with this (or something similar) the user could tag "The Adventures of Goolzebug" as "personal" and "Financial Report 2008" as "work".
