Tweak Tiny's OpenOffice plugin

We need to tweak Tiny's OpenOffice plugin in order to make it working with report_openoffice engine.
This wiil allow:
1- experts and developers, who know how to write python sentences, to save time;
2- noob users to use this system without any advanced python knowledge.

At this moment Tiny's OOo Report Designer:
* Is not really GPL software;
* As I have tested one, it is not of the best quality (bugs and serious limitations);
If it is not being released as a free software even after several other reporting engines is already available, so I conclude that this is just to be considered as temporary workaround, and it is definitely better to be recreated from ground.
