At the juno summit we have learned of many other groups working on things that have overlap with refstack.
to be clear this blueprint is to feed a spec which identifies code that should either be deprecated or moved into other projects.. Not actually move the code or deprecated it. Once we complete this process we will set up a deprecation schedule.
