Simplify migrations - wrap commands in script

Wrap the commands here http://caneypuggies.alwaysreformed.com/wiki/DevelopingWithMigrations in a bash script that takes in a description of the migration in plain text, pops up the generated migration script in gedit for editing and verification, tests the script, and commits it to version control. To be careful, have it ask for permission to do each next step, or if they don't give permission, exit the script after outputting a list of the next commands they probably want to enter.
