Prioritize feeds based on feed types. Create a table for feed types, with the following default types, listed by order of priority, where the highest priority feed's content is displayed first:
Group owner-submitted - on this RCL site, which claims to be the owner of this group's data
User-submitted - on this RCL site, serves as an unofficial correction to old data from primary & secondary sources
Primary source - e.g., denominational directory page
Secondary source - other RCL sites
