Provide debs to make installation on Ubuntu easier. For us it makes more sense to install Reahl using pip in a virtualenv so that one has more control over the versions of Reahl and all its dependencies - regardless of which version of which distribution you are on. However, the lack of debs may scare some early adopters off? Perhaps we should provide some debs?
