Get better backtraces from Sun Studio builds on Solaris

Current backtracing module is using gdb on Solaris platforms, and does not work optimally with code built using the Sun Studio compiler. This blueprint tracks changes to the backtrace module which will improve backtracing on Solaris Sun Studio builds.

Simple implementation provided in full specification. Some details remain, such as checking if the product was built with Sun Studio, checking if dbx is available, and possibly running other commands that are built-in to Solaris as a 'last resort'.
