Start mysqld using Valgrind and its various variants

We need a way to start mysqld under Valgrind, as already provided by MTR.
In addition, we need to be able to specify valgrind options so that non-default valgrind checkers can be run. MTR currently has some valgrind options hard-coded, so using e.g. Massif does not work out of the box.
