Support of preconditions for benchmarks

We should implement mechanism for adding validation methods to scenario methods.

Scenario runner should run these validation methods, that will ensure that all is okay before executing scenario.

If something is not okay, validation method should raise Exception with human readable description. E.g. (There is no such flavor_id).
