Sahara EDP context should be split into more logically consistent pieces

Right now Sahara EDP context manages two types of Sahara objects: Job Binaries and Data Sources.
These parts are in fact independent an should be configured separately. The Job Binary context is required for EDP benchmarks while the Data Sources are optional. The Data Source part should be improved to handle Swift Data Sources properly.
