TCS has enhanced a few test case scenarios for rally on openstack multinode deployment and we would like to upstream the same as blueprint. As a part of this blue print we are proposing following test case scenarios:
1) Launching a VM on specific availability-zone (with currently available scenarios we can launch a VM but launching a VM on specific availability-zone requires admin privileges)
