Prepare Rally for benchmarking at large scale

We should prepare Rally for benchmarking at scale.
1) Store large amount of results (in case of long/rapidly running benchmarks)
2) Rally should be able to display results (e.g. when we have 1kk iterations)
3) Rally should be able to produce load from different servers
4) Do something with LOGs=)
