Implement a system of track themes.
Themes could be "city", "ocean", "space", "tronic", "arctic", "jungle".
This themes decide which skybox, road texture and objects next to the street are placed. (e.g. buildings for city, palms for jungle)
This should also include the possibility to choose a road shape.
