Calculating of the startingpositions

At the first race the starting positions should be calculated by a qualifyinground players start one after another, and drive 1-3 rounds. The one with the best time starts at the first position, the one with the second best time on the second position...
All following races the players start at reversed positions. The player who managed to get the first place, starts at the last place and the one with the last place at the first one.
