Undo/Redo Framework

Creation of an undo-redo framework for Quill.
Most actions should be undoable. Specifically:
* drawing strokes (both highlighter and pen)
* erasing strokes
* moving a selection
Other actions should not be undoable. For example:
* changing pen width
* changing pen color
Should easily be able to use the Qt4 Undo/Redo framework for this.

Work on this continues at a good clip. Selection movement undo is the only remaining feature left, along with some visual cleanup (adding an icon to the undo and redo actions, mostly).
