Remove API v1 related code
We have decided to remove this code in F-3
Code that would be removed:
- v1 API code (included)
- v1 plugin code
* OVS (included)
* LB (included)
* cisco (sumit doing this? or already done?)
* NVP (part of NVP v2 patch)
* RYU (included)
- v1 db code (included)
- v1 unit tests (included)
- old QuantumManager in nova-network (included - separate review)
- v1 in CLI + client lib. (done)
- v1 code in devstack (done)
