(done) Identify problem in the CI env.
execise.sh works well in local env, but not in CI env.
-> CI uses their IPtables rule which conflicts with iptables for quantum.
(This is already fixed)

Nachi is facing problems when creating local CI with devstack-gate script.
Sees kernel panic from VM.
May be my hardware problem or config problem.

Nachi, saw that we now have non-voting gating up for devstack + tempest (though tempest were failing when I saw it, possibly pending the devstack + tempest patch you pinged me about). Since we now have basic devstack exercise gating, how about we close this issue, and use additional items to track further goals. Or are there other key items you still think we should track with this BP?
