Summit 2013:
The main suggestion to rename what has been proposed here to device inventory management.
So I'm registering corresponing blueprint to avoid further confusion.

I'm holding off on approving this BP until we have more visibility here. Its not clear to me that there are going to be standard models for device management across all plugins, but rather some plugins that are designed for individual device management.

This BP originally described LBaaS device management only. But after discussions it was transformed into more general proposal of device management for all Quantum advanced services.
