Make sure blog specific menu items are disabled when no blog selected

If at Dashboard with Global selected, the error appears if I go to the drop down menu to Files -> View Blog Files, or to Upload BLOG Files. So at Global, no Blog has been selected, therefore no ID. All other menu items function.
