Notification bubble when download ends

It should be possible to let QtTube display a notification bubble when a download finishes.

This can be achieved in a nice and easy way using pynotify. Since it seems that it isn't part of the standard Python library (but I'm not sure about this; if it isn't it may however come with many distros, since it's widely used), during the generation of the configuration file (on the first startup) there will be module detection in order to check if it is available. If it is, download completion notifications will be enabled by default (but can be disabled in the Preferences, of course); if it isn't, there will be a message on the Preferences dialog informing about additional features being available with an additional modules installation.
