Inplement a Pluginsystem and API

The plan is to implement a plugin system that lets other programmers implement new ways of learning languages or managing vocables, lessons and stuff. I think the modules would be easier to manage if they were split into different plugins.
So the endproduct should be a place that loads plugins.
