   raring host with qemu-user-static version 1.4.0+dfsg-1expubuntu2

a libreoffice build has now been going for 6 days with no failures
yet. (How long does that thing go on? :)

Unless you say otherwise I'm now going to shift to looking into the
javac failure in a *raring* container.
